Coleman Blessings: The rest of November...

The rest of November was a bit of a blur...an amazing one though! We settled into being parents, figuring out this new thing we brought home and had to keep alive! Even though it was stressful at times, it was a fantastic time! Levi's 2 cousins, Nathan and Braeden, (and their parents....my brother Steve and his wife Kristie ) came to meet Levi a few days after he was born.

Steve and Kristie were trying to bribe them with ice cream to take this picture. Braeden had just woke up from a nap and wasn't falling for it! Nathan however was excited he would be getting ice cream and Braeden wouldn't.

Then Mommy and Levi spent LOTS of time getting to know each other. :) We so enjoyed watching him change almost every day, I'm still amazed at the things babies accomplish in 1 month.

I don't know if all boys are this way...but Levi peed on almost EVERYTHING for the first couple of weeks. (Maybe it was just mom and dad learning how to get those diapers on good!) I resorted to him being naked most of the time. Thank goodness we don't really have winters in Houston!

Gunner wasn't real thrilled when he brought his new little brother home, but slowly they got to know each other a little better.

Levi also got to meet his friend Isabella for the first time! She's about 2 weeks older than him. She obviously thinks she too old and mature to be hanging out with baby Levi!

This one is one of my favorites. Trent's grandfather "Poppy" sits just like this when he's done eating! It's one of those running jokes....all his grandsons do it, they get done eating and push their chair back from the table to prop their leg up. I DID NOT POSE HIM LIKE THIS!

We also went to Amarillo for Thanksgiving this year. It was our year to spend Thanksgiving with Trent's family and we weren't letting a 3 week old stop us from traveling! I was really worried about Levi and how he would do with flying....he was a champ!

The whole clan! This picture is something Carol makes SURE we do at every family get together. Everyone harrasses her about it, but they're nice to have!
